The purpose of the club is to foster a collaborative community among artists, creatives, showmen, and members of amusement enterprises, promoting artistic expression, networking, and mutual support.

The Corporation is organized for charitable and educational purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Corporation's mission is to support and empower artists by promoting their work, facilitating the sale of artwork, and using proceeds to fund artist development programs, workshops, and community-based initiatives.
